What you can't do with Briskly
Briskly powers real small businesses — websites, phone lines, email, and payments. That only works if everyone plays fair. This policy applies to every service provisioned through Briskly and is part of our Terms of Service.
1. No illegal use
Don't use Briskly to operate, promote, or facilitate anything illegal — including illegal goods or services, fraud, phishing, or deceptive business practices. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business and your customers' jurisdictions.
2. No spam
SMS and email sent through Briskly must go to customers who contacted you or explicitly opted in to hear from you. No purchased lists, no cold blasts, no messaging people who asked you to stop. Carrier rules (including 10DLC and CTIA messaging guidelines) apply to all SMS — carriers enforce these independently of us, and violations can get your number suspended without warning.
3. No abuse of AI generation
AI features (website generation, images, the AI receptionist, chat) are for running your own business on Briskly. Don't resell generated output as a service, scrape or harvest it programmatically, or drive automated bulk usage. Expensive operations are rate-limited, and accounts that work around those limits may be suspended.
4. No infringement
Don't publish content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights, and don't impersonate another business or person. If you believe a Briskly-hosted site infringes your rights, email us and we'll investigate.
5. Enforcement
For most violations we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem; repeated or serious violations lead to suspension or termination. One exception: SMS suspension is automatic — when a carrier flags your traffic for policy violations, messaging stops immediately per carrier policy, and we cannot override that.
