The terms behind Briskly
By using Briskly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Service
Briskly provides AI-powered business setup tools including domain registration, website hosting, business email, an AI phone receptionist, and payment processing. We provision these services through third-party providers under their respective terms: Stripe (payments), Twilio (phone & SMS), Railway (application hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (DNS & CDN), and our AI model providers (AI features).
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, compliance with applicable laws in your business operations, and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Payments
Briskly is free to set up and preview. Your monthly subscription begins when you choose to launch and continues until you cancel from your settings page. You can cancel at any time and keep your domain, phone number, and email through the end of the billing period. Domain registrations and phone-number provisioning are non-refundable once activated; other charges may be refunded case-by-case within 30 days of launch — email support@usebriskly.com.
4. Limitation of Liability
Briskly is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to business interruption or data loss.
